My name is Mayanka Batra. I write about People at work, People I meet, Place I visit and Stuff I read. Most of my posts will naturally be related to these areas along with stories from my life experiences. What I do, see, read, learn, think and feel. I also curate articles, videos and posts that I find interesting, fascinating, thought provoking.

What I do: I currently run a boutique Executive Search and HR Consulting firm. An organisational psychologist by education.
